Challenge: Create the online component of PetSmart's new brand positioning (as a "smart solution provider") to its audience of pet owners.
Solution: An online community complete with pet profiles, helpful articles, smart applications, expert videos and photo sharing to help connect pet parents across the country. Since the site launch, we've continued to test, optimize and develop new features to keep the site fresh and relevant for its loyal – and growing – audience.
