Challenge: Create an online hub for Washington Mutual's popular and successful cross-media campaign.
Solution: TrappedBanker.com allows users interact with (and interrogate) competitor bankers in the "pen" – an entertaining way to learn about features of WaMu's Free Checking product. It utilizes continually streaming video that responds to the user's action or inaction, and resulted in a 45% increase in accounts.
